We break down recruitment processes across investment banking, markets, buy-side roles, and beyond, ensuring members can navigate timelines, expectations, and technical requirements with confidence.

A key pillar of the division is our panel series, run throughout the year, where students who have secured offers share first-hand insights into their experiences. Our flagship Spring Week Panel is one of the most anticipated professional events on campus, bringing together panellists who collectively hold offers from over 30 leading firms. These sessions provide unmatched transparency into the application process, from initial preparation to securing offers.
