Division
Diversity
The Diversity division exists to make finance accessible to students who can't yet see where they would fit. From the outside, finance can look like an industry where you need to know someone to get in, and a lot of talented people rule themselves out before they ever apply. We work with cultural and ethnic societies across campus to remove those barriers, and to show that no single background leads into this industry.

COMPETITION - Term 2 · Final in London
BHM and Diwali Panels
In Term 1 we mark two key moments in the cultural calendar. Our Black History Month panel recognises Black excellence across a range of industries and brings the community together to honour the month, and has previously been run in collaboration with the Warwick African-Caribbean Society, the Warwick African Business Society and Warwick Black STEM Society. Our Diwali Careers Panel celebrates South Asian culture and success. At both, speakers share their career journeys and the experiences that shaped them, followed by time for questions.
CONFERENCE - Term 2
Warwick ASEAN Conference
We are working with universities across the UK on a Southeast Asian conference in London, bringing together speakers from a wide range of industries. Exact details of the event will be announced later on, so keep an eye on our LinkedIn and Instagram for updates.
PANEL & SOCIAL - Term 2
Lunar New Year Event
To mark Lunar New Year, we are planning an event to bring the community together and celebrate the festival. Details will follow as the year progresses; stay tuned for updates.
Diversity Fresher Representative Recruitment
The Diversity division hires two Fresher Representatives each year to work alongside the senior exec in running Finance 101, our cultural panels and our collaborations across campus. No prior experience needed, just genuine interest in widening access to finance and the initiative to follow through on your own ideas.
