Women in Finance
Women in Finance exists to make sure breaking into finance isn't harder for you because of who you are. We give members the technical grounding, commercial awareness and confidence to hold their own in any interview room, alongside a network of women going through the same process who genuinely want to see each other succeed. We also work closely with other WFS divisions and partner societies, including Warwick Women's Careers and Warwick Women in Economics.

Run with the WFS Speaker Series, these sessions bring senior women from top firms to campus to talk openly about what their work involves day to day, how they got there, and what they would tell you about applying. Every session ends with a Q&A, so you can ask the questions that actually matter to your own applications.

Elevate Skills Series
The Elevate Skills Series covers the technical and recruitment side: preparing for technical questions, interviews and applications. Run in collaboration with other WFS divisions, the sessions pair specialist knowledge from each area with support built around the process you are actually going through.
COMPETITION - Term 2 · Final in London
Elevate: Women's Shard Conference
The highlight of our year is an evening at The Shard, high above the City, with women working across investment banking, asset management, private equity and trading. It is the kind of room where you get honest answers about what these jobs are really like, and where a five-minute conversation can turn into a contact who reads your CV or gets back to you in recruitment season. The panel is followed by networking with the speakers, Warwick alumni and firm representatives. Places are limited, and priority goes to members who have been active with us across the year, so get involved early.
WiF Frep Recruitment
Women in Finance hires two Fresher Representatives each year to work alongside the senior exec in running our conference, speaker events and skills sessions. No prior experience needed, just genuine interest in supporting women in finance and the initiative to follow through on your own ideas.
