The core board consists of two Co-Presidents, two Co-Chairs, and a Treasurer. This structure dates back to our founding where the largest finance-related societies of Warwick merged to form one, called the Warwick Finance Societies. Due to the scale of our society, this structure has continued to optimise strategy. These roles are the most senior at WFS. The board consists of third-year students who have been a part of the society throughout their time at Warwick and have also worked in industry, offering the most holistic advice to members and exec both strategically and for careers.

Co-Presidents are traditionally associated with being the face of the society, attending events, guiding teams, and maintaining external relationships.

Co-Chairs are traditionally associated with being engaged in more internal decisions of the society within the executive team.​

Our Treasurer is in charge of financial planning, allocating our funds in a way that maximises benefit for our members and sponsors, while working closely with the sponsorship teams to transfer funds from our sponsorship agreements.
